- What type of sea moss do you use?
We choose to use Eucheuma Cottonii for our Sea Moss Gels because it allows for zero ocean/seaweed taste. They are delicious and make it super easy to create consistent healthy habits and see the best results and benefits.
- How long does sea moss gel last?
Our sea moss gels are made from 100% natural ingredients. No added binders or preservatives which means that our sea moss shelf life isn’t as long as commercially made products. With proper handling and care our sea moss gels last upto 3 weeks. However you feel you can’t finish before the best before date you can freeze in ice cube trays which extends the shelf life upto 3 months.
- Is sea moss safe to consume while pregnant or breastfeeding?
They sure are.

Courier: target is overnight.
Please allow an extra day for RURAL delivery.
Overnight Courier is once your order is sent for delivery not after you’ve placed your order.
- My order came spoiled/ damaged how to get a refund?
Divine wai will refund any spoiled products within reason.
If you find mould or suspect spoilage before the best before date, please take pictures and email divinewainz@gmail.com or DM on installation @divinewai_nz
- Why is my sea moss runny?
The consistency may thin or become watery during transit, but don’t worry, it will hold all its nutrients. Upon arrival, refrigerate your Sea Moss Gel overnight before consumption.
- Where is your sea moss from?
Our Sea Moss is imported directly from Saint Lucia
Saint Lucia Sea Moss is wildcrafted fresh from the Atlantic Ocean in the Caribbean Sea and ethically sourced fresh off the coast of Saint Lucia. These waters are normally constantly flowing in open currents and they tend to be much clearer waters too.
Our Sea Moss is 100% natural and harvested from unpolluted ocean water and allowed to dry in the sun.
- Who should not consume sea moss
Those who are sensitive to Iodine, have an overactive thyroid or has chronic low blood pressure.
If pregnant, always consult your doctor before use.
